Dr. Rose Kenny is a family physician with nearly two decades of experience in her field. She attended Mount Holyoke College, the University of Freiburg and Tuft’s Medical School, and she recently enrolled with the Oregon Health and Science University to earn her Master’s degree in Biomedical Informatics.
Though her work keeps her busy, Dr. Rose Kenny is also a foodie who loves to cook, host dinners, cater for themed parties and travel to exotic locations for culinary exploration.
“I follow many eating sites on Twitter Feeds like Culinary Backstreets and Eat Your World,” said Dr. Rose Kenny. “I have developed an electronic recipe book of over 10,000 recipes, all of which I have made, and I host elaborate dinner parties to include up to thirty dishes at one party.
[I’ve done] catering [with over forty] for theme parties since 2001. [The many themes] include Cinco de Mayo, Australian Outback and use of bush herbs and spices, Oktoberfest with imported breads and meats directly from Germany, Thailand, Indian, Creole, a Syrah Wine exploration party and a Proper Food party.”
